The complete execution of a 3-day project: from material design to flash mob organization, gala-concert and meeting participants from other parts of the country (180 people arriving at different times at the airport and the train station); conference and brainstorming sessions organization to parallel quick in-between-projects with numerous groups, informal awards ceremonies, concert and tons of other small things. Plus the materials design and production, of course.
